KHS USA, Inc.
KHS manufactures reliable cross-sector labeling systems with patented technology for just about every shape of container, with a focus on the beverage industry. From roll-fed through hot melt and cold glue to self-adhesive labels, KHS labeling machines can be part of a KHS turnkey line, a single machine integrated into an existing setup or a future-proof modular concept. Featured labeling machines include the Innoket Neo SK, designed for premium self-adhesive labeling applications using printed transparent film for a direct print or “no-label” look. Whether processing conical or cylindrical containers, PET, glass or cans, the station is suitable for practically all shapes and materials and available as a cost-effective single station or in a tandem version for high-performance continuous operation. Maximum output is 60,000 bottles per hour for glass and PET containers and 35,000 containers per hour for cans.
Kolinahr is a supplier of case labeling systems as well as pallet label applicators. The PLC-controlled CL3000 print and apply case labeler uses a Zebra® PAX print engine and heavy-duty spring-loaded tamp-pad that adapts to the case surface, wiping the label on as the case passes. Kolinahr pallet label applicators include the SA31000, a heavy-duty model that prints and applies labels to the front, side or back of a pallet load. Kolinahr’s other pallet labeling systems include two heavy-duty dual panel pallet label applicators and the SA1000 automatic pallet label applicator for applying labels to the side of a pallet load.
The Krones modular labelers handle cold-glue, hotmelt and self-adhesive labels for round containers or specially-shaped bottles of glass or PET. Their modular design enables a combination of different labelling techniques for only one container.
Pak-Tec represents labeling machines from companies including Logopak, Arca, AFM, and Foxjet to meet a wide range of budget, product and application needs ranging from print-and-apply, primary product and shrink sleeves to pallet labeling and RFID applications.
