Turbofil Packaging Machines
TurboFil offers a flexible, modular, table-top conveyor with an aluminum extrusion design for clean handling and easy reconfiguration as requirements change. Conveyor is designed to be reusable, expandable and easy to work with. Conveyor, which can be used in conjunction with Turbofil’s line of filling and capping equipment, features an adjustable product guide system and heavy-duty drive assemblies. Plastic conveyor chain comes standard, with other styles available.

Uni-Pak Corp. designs and manufactures custom conveyor systems used in all types of industries: beverage handling, electronics, automotive, pharmaceutical, and more. Unified Flex Packaging Technologies
Unified Flex supplies inclined belt conveyors designed for bagging operations for wet products including vegetables, fruits, IQF frozen products as it has a plate at the bottom to collect all the dripping water; conveyor can also be used for dry or pre-packaged products as well. Inclined belt conveyor lifts the product from a lower level to a multihead/linear scale suspended over the bagging machine. These conveyors come with vibratory hoppers that can store product in bulk and slowly meter the required amount of product on the belt. The VDG Drum Motor is designed as a safer, space-optimized drive solution for belt conveyors. The VDG Drum Motor is a motorized head pulley for conveyors that encloses all drive components inside the drum. The internal drive design significantly decreases energy consumption and maintenance costs, while eliminating the external components such as motor, gear box, sprockets, chain, chain guard and pillow block bearings typically seen on conventional drives.
Pneumatic vacuum conveyors from Volkmann automatically transfer powders, granules, flakes, blends, and other dry, bulk materials from one point in a process to another. The conveyors earned ATEX-certification as explosion-proof systems suitable for safe installation in hazardous and non-hazardous locations. Volumetric Technologies Inc.
Volumetric Technologies is an original equipment manufacturer of stainless steel, food grade, table top conveyors that are built with USDA approved materials and are available in standard open top, closed top, and hygienic designs. The Gap Transfer Conveyor by Volumetric Technologies transfers filled or empty containers from one standard conveyor to another by gripping the sides of the container as it is transferred. This unique gap transfer process leaves the bottom of the container open and available for either inkjet or laser code dating without stopping or slowing down the filling or capping process.

Weigh Right offers conveyors to control feeding products to the scale as well as conveyors to automatically index cases, bottles, cans or trays to be filled by the scale. Infeed conveyors meter product to the scale in a controlled manner, providing a consistent and reliable performance. Used in continuous production processes or batch production processes, Weigh Right’s infeed conveyors are used for food products, plastic parts, pet food and similar products and feature a variety of level indicators, photo eyes and proximity sensors. Weigh Right scales interface with customized intermittent or continuous process container indexing conveyors, designed for cartons, boxes, bottles, jars, jugs, trays and tubs. Wexxar Bel's WRC rotary settling conveyor provides an on-the-go settling solution that transports and settles cases all at the same time. While conventional settling solutions are often independent machines that either halt or slow down the production lines, the WRC is able transport cases at up to 100 cases/min. for an all-in-one settling and conveyance solution. The WRC is also able to perform with the settling function off and act simply as a standard conveyor, making it extremely versatile and able to fit in almost any application. Using a three-axis motion, cases are settled vertically, side by side and front to back, simulating the motion that would be done by hand and providing settlement that allows for significant overfill in each case.
