Accu-Pack Packaging Equipment manufactures form/fill/seal machines designed for packaging single use plastic pouch packages such as ketchup, lotions, shampoo or soy sauce. These systems are also capable of filling powdered products with an optional auger filling module for filling chili powder, spices, and powdered drink mixes. Each system is constructed of stainless steel with all contact parts made of stainless steel. Utilizing a PLC control system with color touchscreen interface, Accutek form/fill/seal machines are easy to set up and can maintain trouble free operation at speeds up to 100 packs/min. Filling ranges of 8- to 60 mL within packet lengths of 30- to 180 mm and widths ranging from 30- to 90 mm are achievable on this machine.
