Ideally suited for the vacuum packaging of food, the Becker U 5 series pumps are designed for cool running and quiet, efficient operation. Providing vacuum to 0.075 Torr, these compact, direct-drive, oil-flooded pumps are engineered to reduce pump downtime to ensure greater product output. The dual stage oil separation system is reported to be 99.9+% efficient. The U 5 series increases productivity and consistency in the food packaging industry and can be used across a wide range of applications from vacuum chamber machines to form-fill-seal machines and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).
