Maxpack Machinery offers the new 2022 MFT 7 Ultimate Range vertical form/fill/seal (vf/f/s). This model is a fusion of three models into one and features a width range of 60mm (2.36 in.) to 350mm (13.8 in.) This wide width range allows customers to pack from a single serve, 2 oz (57g) bag of trail mix to a 20lb bag of rice. System can also multipack frozen fruits with single serve frozen fruit bags packed in a bulk bag (bag-in-bag) or be used for sampling applications. The 2022 MFT 7 integrates with multihead weigher scales, auger fillers and liquid fillers and is used in a wide range of applications, from packaging granules, liquids and powders in the sectors of frozen foods, to ready- to-eat foods, snacks, cannabis, coffee, vegetables, fruits, pet food and sauces.

The MBL Series of servo piston fillers is built to reduce down time and maintenance costs in order to increase net production output. Personalize the line by adding different optional and secondary equipment. The line is ideal for various types of plastic or glass bottles, for different shapes and sizes, and a wide range of products including liquids, viscous, foamy (hot or cold fill) and solids.

Maxpack Machinery manufactures automatic horizontal cartoning machines including models MXZ-200B and MXZ-250B. MXZ cartoning machines are secondary packaging equipment designed to pack products into carton boxes automatically. Using intermittent motion to load products, machines feature a swing arm system for carton erection, gluing and flap closing. Integrated into the machines are Siemens S7-1200 PLC and Siemens KTP700 Touch controls, tray infeed conveyor units for manual bag loading, automatic product loading, and many other features. Nordson hot melt system unit comes as optional.
