Multivac’s vacuum chamber machines for packing food and other products in film pouches offer a high level of pack and seal quality. Fritsch, represented by Multivac, offers dough processing solutions for industrial bakers, with a product range that extends from sheeting machines to highly flexible semi-automatic lines and industrial-scale mono lines. Rollfix sheeting machines are designed for gentle and even roll out of dough. The Laminator 700 provides automated dough sheet production and laminating for puff pastry, croissants, shortcrust pastry and brioche dough applications. Multivac’s product line of shrink tanks, shrink tunnels, and drying tunnels are specifically designed for chamber machines, chamber belt machines, or thermoforming packaging machines. Multivac’s labeling machines include cross-web labelers, direct web printers, inline labelers and conveyor belt labelers. Cross-web labelers are used to precisely label the top and/or bottom of a thermoformed pack and are operated using the HMI of the thermoforming packaging machine. Multivac’s direct web printers reliably print flexible data, texts and barcodes directly onto the upper web during the packaging procedure. Conveyor belt labelers are for applying labelers and marking thermoformed packs, trays, film pouches, tubs, and folding cartons. Inline labelers are designed for printing and applying labels precisely and consistently to either the top, bottom, or sides of packs, and can be easily installed on transport units or packaging machines.
