Proco manufactures two robotic case packer models: the Pakman Robot and the Robo-Packer. The Pakman is a robot case packing system designed to improve efficiency and reduce labor in bottle packing; includes optional configurations for a vision system, a bar code reader and a divider insert. The Proco Robo-Packer packs bottles all necks up or all necks down and includes an optional polybag feature.

Palletizing

Proco supplies several palletizing systems for bottles including the collaborative half-cube palletizer and the Multipak palletizer. The half-cube palletizer works interactively with human coworkers and features automatic slip sheet and track pick-and-place mechanisms. The Proco Multipak Palletizer comes in fully automatic, semi-automatic, and robotic configurations and can also be supplied integrated with a strapper and wrapper.
