Sarong is an original equipment manufacturer of both vertical and horizontal thermoform/fill/seal equipment. The SD 9 and SD 18 are vertical thermoforming machines that produce single-serve containers in a continuous stream, using Sarong's patented technology. The turnkey automated process feeds both plastic film, and the liquid contents in a pre-programmed sequence. Containers are sealed with both heat and pressure to ensure a 100% leak-proof product. Sarong's Basic EasyLine is a modular horizontal thermoforming machine, designed for low and medium output of customized thermoformed plastic single serve packages. The modular design allows to integrate further functions after the forming that the package might require: manual or automatic filling of solid, liquid or viscous products, top sealing, final cutting of each single unit.
