Heisler Industries is a specialist in bail (handle) application systems for metal or plastic containers such as 1-gal paint cans and pails. The Bail-O-Matic – available in three models – automatically forms and inserts bails at an average speed of 50 per minute, handling containers ranging from 1 to 7 gallons. The Model “D” Bail-O-Matic offers a mechanical update package addressing safety including interlocked guarding with swing out opening and easy lift off doors and new air springs, which eliminate any stored energy potential for the operator’s safety. The Model “DS” Bail-O-Matic includes the mechanical update package addressing safety along with the interlocked guarding found on the Model “D” PLUS a completely new control package featuring PLC controls and a touchscreen and servo-driven wire feed system. The newest addition to the Bail-O-Matic family is the Plastic Handle Bail-O-Matic Model PA, designed to be self contained, the machine can automatically attach handles onto plastic containers at an average speed of 60 per minute. Bail systems for large containers are also available.
