Accutek manufactures a variety of liquid filling machines including inline fillers, as well as timed, piston, level, vacuum pump, auger, and net weight fillers and specialty fillers for corrosive products. Accutek supplies a wide range of capping machinery for applications in screw spindle, screw chuck, roll-on bottle and press/push-on bottle capping. Featured cappers include the Accutek’s Semi-Automatic Spindle Capper (SSC-6), designed to accurately torque most cap types – flat caps, flip top caps, pull spouts, safety caps, child proof caps, sport caps, trigger pumps, and closures with over-caps or induction seals – onto a wide range of bottles at speeds up to 120 cpm. These systems are also capable of filling powdered products with an optional auger filling module for filling chili powder, spices, and powdered drink mixes. Utilizing a PLC control system with color touchscreen interface, Accutek form/fill/seal machines are easy to set up and can maintain trouble free operation at speeds up to 100 packs/min.
