Advanced Poly-Packaging manufactures tabletop and production baggers. Its best-selling machine is the T-1000 Advanced Poly-Bagger, a production bagger designed for long or short runs with the capability of cycling over 100 bags/minute – faster than any operator could manually feed. Fast enough to keep up with automatic infeed equipment such as vibratory bowl counters, scales and infeed conveyors, the T-1000 Advanced Poly-Bagger can also run inline with punch/stamp presses, injection mold machines, blister machines and other continuous feed manufacturing equipment for inline bagging. APPI’s tabletop baggers/sealers eliminate the need for hand sealing, increase production and decrease packaging costs while simplifying the bagging operation.

The UF-5000 infeed conveyor from Advanced Poly Packaging is designed to help companies package faster, easier and safer. Feed multiple compartments continually without interruption. No waiting for bags to be blown open or sealed. The UF-5000 allows operators to package a wide assortment of parts (kit packages) inexpensively: hardware kits, appliance kits, bike kits, toy assembly kits, and craft kits directly into poly bags, cartons or other containers.

Advanced Poly-Packaging printers incorporate Zebra's latest Higher Performance series print engine and can be integrated into a bagging operation with touch screen control. Featuring the graphic capability to print barcodes, texts, lines, logos, and other custom graphics directly on the poly bag. Other printing systems include Advanced Poly's Roll-A-Print, which can print or cod up to 80 bags/min.

Advanced Poly-Packaging supplies the US-4000 rotary check weigh scales, designed to flip bagged product meeting weight requirements to a container or conveyor. The US-6000 check weigh scale is accurate to 5 grams, and is designed for cartons 3"x3" to 18"x24" and weighing up to 50 lb that are typically fed from a box taper.

Advanced Poly-Packaging, Inc. manufactures custom printed or non-printed poly bags at its facility in Akron, OH. While pre-opened bags on rolls are most common, Advanced Poly-Packaging will also provide bags in boxes, sideweld, wicketted, double-wall and handle bags. Add colors and special features to custom bags. Advanced Poly-Packaging has complete printing capabilities allowing up to six colors on two sides for line, screen, and process printing. Scuff resistant coatings/varnishes to reduce scuffing or rubbing off of inks in shipment are also available.
