The BIM 400T Blister Inspection Machine performs dual-side inspection of aluminum-plastic blister packs across four inspection stations, detecting defects such as missing or broken tablets, foil damage, batch number errors, foreign objects, and packaging deformations using deep learning algorithms. For slat filler lines, the Slat Filler Vision Module integrates directly with tablet and capsule slat filler machines to deliver real-time defect detection by shape, color, size, and damage, with tool-free camera mounting and GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. The Electronic Counter Vision Module adds inline inspection capability to high-speed tablet and capsule counting machines, including compatible CVC series counters, detecting visual defects without interrupting production throughput.
