AutoMate Technologies offers three models of induction sealers for small volume sealing as well as high-speed applications. AutoMate's AM0250, also known as the "Original Waterless Cap Sealer," is a high-speed induction sealing machine in a compact design that delivers 2,500 Watts of power with no water cooling required. Machine features an easy to use soft touch membrane screen that tracks power level percentage, sealing power, batch count/batch preset and total number of bottles sealed. Other induction sealers from AutoMate include the AM-500, delivering twice the power of the AM-250, and the AM-100 bench top sealer, designed for research and development or small volume runs.

Complementing its line of induction sealers and monitoring equipment, AutoMate supplies four models of labeling machines for round bottle wrap labeling and flat panel labeling applications. Highlighted machines from the AutoMate product line include the LC-40 Combination for front/back and round products. Capable of handling speeds of up to 40 m/min. (1,500 in./min.), this labeler features dual applicators that adjust on five axes and can work independently or in tandem. Synchronized non-metallic bottle aligners ensure accurate label placement without scuffing the bottle. Other models include the LW-40 Wrap Labeler for pressure-sensitive full and partial wrap labeling of round bottles, the LW-80 High Speed Wrap for automatic round product labeling and the LFB-40 Front/Back Panel for flat packaging applications.

AutoMate supplies the industry with two bottle and packaging inspection systems: the AM-QC and the AM-DA Diagnostic Center. Model AM-QC provides product quality assurance, accuracy and integrity in one centralized machine, performing inspection tasks such as torque monitoring; detection for missing caps, missing or skewed labels, missing neck bands and foil seals; bar code verification; color correctness; conveyor speed monitoring, crooked/ loose cap detection; date/lot verification; verification of cotton placement and more. The AM-DA provides inspection and quality assurance through non-contact, non-destructive testing, with reject systems that gently remove products.
