Bradman Lake’s Robotic Top Loader machines are available in two variants, the Dual Race Track (DRT) and the Single Race Track (SRT), both utilizing the ABB FlexPicker IRB 360 delta robot with precision End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) for product picking and placement. The systems feature intelligent belt technology with servo-driven belts that manage and space pre-erected cartons for accurate delivery to loading stations, while a servo-driven vacuum infeed belt conveys product to the loader. Misaligned or out-of-position items are automatically rejected, ensuring efficiency. Both models support production of either flat-pack or on-edge collations.
