Food & Beverage Processing Equipment

DC Norris North America supplies a broad range of food production equipment—including cooking kettles and sous-vide tanks, cooling systems, lifting/discharging gear, can-opening/crushing machinery, depositing vessels, and specialized process systems such as cook-chill, sous-vide, continuous cooking, powder entrainment, and clean-in-place—to support efficient, scalable prepared-food manufacturing. Jet Cook™ systems use direct-contact steam to simultaneously cook, mix, pump, and entrain powders—without moving parts—preserving texture and flavor while reducing processing time and energy use. Cook Quench Chill and Cook Chill systems rapidly shift products from high-temperature cooking to controlled cooling—via belt or rotary chillers, static cooling vessels, or vacuum tanks—to extend shelf life up to 45 days. Transfer and holding vessels up to 160 gallons (customizable to 250) enable hygienic vacuum or pressure transfer of hot or cold products, meeting PD5500 and ASME standards. This integrated suite streamlines processing from cooking to storage for soups, sauces, ready meals, and more.
