Product & Package Handling

Dorner Mfg. Corp. - Product & Package Handling Product Image

Dorner’s merge, diverting, and sorting systems are designed to improve efficiency, safety, and product flow in a wide range of manufacturing and packaging environments. Merge conveyors can consolidate multiple lines—such as 2-to-1, 3-to-1, or more—using manual, motorized, or pneumatic systems to singulate products for downstream operations. Diverting and sorting systems use static guides, pushers, gates, and lane-guiding mechanisms activated by sensors or timers to direct products by weight, shape, or capacity, with solutions available for both industrial and sanitary settings.
