Douglas Machines’ washers, available in a variety of styles, are designed to quickly and efficiently clean and sanitize bulk ingredient containers such as vats, bins and IBC totes. Some models can process one or two containers of various sizes at the same time. Various combinations of rotating, oscillating and fixed jet models are available, depending on the size of the washer model. In addition to container washers, Douglas Machine offers more than 80 models of industrial washing and sanitizing systems for food processing and other plants, including sheet, pot, pan, and mold tunnel washers, rack washers, scale parts washers, smoke truck washers, conveyorized tunnel washers, belt washers, rotary batch washers, wash racks, and various container washers.
