Accumulating and buffer conveyors from FlexLink feature Dynamic Motion Transfer (DMT™), allowing for balanced flows at up to 1000 products/min. The intelligent features of the diverter enable a demand driven production with optimized conveyor and machine speeds. It is suitable for a wide range of products including sensitive, flexible packaging. The spiral shaped accumulating conveyor (alpine conveyor) functions as an accumulation/buffer zone between machines. It can also be used as an in-process step, e.g. for cooling or drying, or simply to elevate and lower products. This type of accumulating conveyors are used inline or as a bypass. The accumulation buffer track is typically used in testing and sorting applications.

FlexLink offers a range of conveyor systems. Product line includes flexible conveyors, plastic chain conveyors, wide belt conveyors (WLX), automated assembly and material handling systems (aluminum conveyors and stainless steel conveyors, the X-Series). Pallet and puck conveyor handling systems permit efficient single piece flow solutions. Each can be adapted to varying environments.

FlexLink offers two options suitable for palletizing closed boxes within the fast-moving consumer goods industries: a palletizer with an industrial robot, the RI20, and a collaborative robot, the RC10. The RI20 handles payloads of up to 15kg at 12 cycles per minute. As the RI20 does not have a mainframe attached to the floor, it is a mobile solution suitable for use in multiple production lines. The RC10 is a collaborative robot palletizer, handling payloads of up to 8kg at 8 bpm. Without a fence or cage surrounding it, the small footprint gives flexibility in its location.
