We engineer and fabricate forming assemblies, sealing jaws, and custom all-metal tooling for vertical and horizontal form/fill/seal packaging machines. Our products include forming collars and forming tubes — including the proprietary lightweight Duralyte line — along with endseals and heated hole punch systems built to fit virtually any VFFS or flow-wrapper brand. Based in Pearland, Texas, Former Fab serves food packagers and OEM packaging machine suppliers and also provides refurbishment and reverse-engineering of obsolete or high-consumption parts.
