Cappers

GM Automation, Inc. - Cappers Product Image

GM Automation makes cappers with clutch-style heads that apply consistent torque. They handle continuous thread, lug, ROPP, press-on, pump, trigger sprayer, sport and dropper closures, fed by mechanical, centrifugal, waterfall or vibratory cap sorters. Machines come in semi-automatic, inline and rotary configurations, and capping can also be built into the company's monobloc systems.

Liquid Fillers

GM Automation, Inc. - Liquid Fillers Product Image

GM Automation builds net weight liquid fillers that use independent load cells and non-contact, top-down valves to fill by weight. Its rotary continuous-motion fillers reach up to 600 bottles per minute and can be configured as monoblocks with rinsers and cappers. Inline fillers handle larger containers on slower lines and fill directly off the conveyor, while semi-automatic units suit short runs, lab work, and hazardous materials. Fill sizes range from 1 ml to 10,000 ml, covering products from water to thick pastes in homecare, personal care, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical applications. All fillers include CIP, with options for hot fill, particulate tank mixers, nitrogen blanketing, and explosion-proof, washdown, or pharmaceutical builds.
