Graphic Packaging International offers standalone labeling equipment used in applications such as the labeling of plastic lids and clamshell containers for products such as berries, eggs, deli items, herbs, and baked goods. Options include both intermittent and continuous motion to match application needs and line speeds. The Clamshell Labeling Machine is a high-speed, continuous-motion system that labels and re-nests clamshells and trays while also counting them for distribution. The servo-driven Egg Carton Labeling Machine applies paper labels to plastic egg cartons, with integrated tray counting, stacking, and a Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system. Two-lane and three-lane configurations are available.

Quick-change magazines and vacuum stem tooling provide reliable product changeovers. Reciprocating placers achieve speeds of up to 90 ppm per lane while rotary placers reach rates of up to to 450 ppm. Intermittent or continuous motion application solutions are available. Optional stacked lanes or powered magazines can increase output. Typical products handled include literature, neck tags, magnets, trays, pouches and most other stackable items.
