The CZH Case/Tray Packer from Holland Packaging collates and loads products onto a preformed cardboard sheet. It then wraps it into a carton that folds around the product before using a Nordson hot melt glue system to seal the case securely. Holland Packaging supplies shrink wrap bundling machines for various multipacking applications. Autopack SLC is a medium-speed shrink wrap bundler equipped with a cardboard pad inserter and welding bar that can be used for product containers such as jars, aerosol cans, or bottles. The side infeed can be single-lane infeed with horizontal collating done directly onto the pad. The SLC operates at speeds up to 14 ppm and can be configured with multilane infeed packing directly onto the pad. Other multipacking equipment includes Autopack SLO shrink wrap bundler, designed for the collation and wrapping of oval-shaped bottles, jars, and containers. The SLO works with a side-mounted conveyor for inline feed, or curved infeed to turn products 90 degrees. Using a pre-selected pattern, containers then enter the wrapper at the proper orientation to accommodate the shape. The SLO operates at 22 ppm for single-track operation and can be configured for double or triple track to handle larger capacities. Its high-speed operation makes it ideally suited to collate and shrink wrap products for the personal care, cosmetic, health & beauty, or pharmaceutical industries.

Holland Packaging distributes automatic palletizing systems suitable for palletizing shrink packs, cases, or other kinds of packed products. Gripper head holding the packs sideways during the handling, in order to eliminate any space between them at deposit, with 360° rotation in order to optimize the product disposition on the pallet. The head can pick up one or more packs at a time. Axes movement by brushless motors controlled by CNC.
