Modules include the ACL-800, which features dual infeeds to manage product spacing; these infeeds lead to two dual chain collators to ensure maximum efficiency. From there, a SR-56 dual axis robot picks rows of product and stacks them in the boxes that have been denested and formed by the carton former. Once the carton has been filled, it is glued and closed before being transferred to an outfeed belt. Many customizable options are available.
