Form/Fill/Seal
Ideal Solution builds vertical form-fill-seal systems for stand-up pouches, powder pouches, and multilane stick packs. Its IDS-250-B FFS carousel line forms retail-ready stand-up pouches directly from roll film, filling via a 10- or 14-head multihead weigher at up to 45 pouches per minute across a 50–2,000 gram range, while its IDS-1000 multilane line runs 5, 7, or 10 lanes of servo-driven auger fillers for powder stick packs and sachets at up to 300 packs per minute. A separate continuous-production line, the IDS-150-PP, is built specifically for free-flowing powders such as protein, greens, and collagen.
