Smart Cup is a continuous motion thermoform/fill/seal machine that is designed to provide maximum flexibility with regards to cup shape and size. The rotary design provides time for filling and time for sealing, which cannot be achieved on an indexing machine. Smart Cup uses a token at the start of the process, so there is no need for a punching tool; this design helps reduce maintenance costs. The token can be made of any thermoforming material: PS, PP, PET, PLA, multilayer.
