The FS-S Rotary Surge Table provides a container accumulation area in the event of a backup or stoppage down line and automatically returns containers to the production line once the backup is cleared. Stainless steel surge tables come standard in 36- or 48-in. diameter sizes, with other sizes available according to customer specifications. Model FS-A is an accumulating table 36” or 48” Accumulating Table, designed for accumulating product at the end of the production line, features an adjustable 33- to 37-in. height adjustment and rotates containers in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction.

Kaps-All makes bottle and container cleaning equipment including CLEAN-N-VAC Models AC-35 and AC-65, designed to automatically invert bottles and remove dust, dirt, carton lint and other foreign matter from container, using a combination of high pressure, ionized air, and highly efficient vacuuming. The ionizing neutralizes static electricity freeing dust and dirt for effective cleaning. Machines invert the containers over an effective cleaning area of up to 30 inches. Models are available as standalone units or in conjunction with other equipment such as a Kaps-All's filler, capper, orienting and unscrambling equipment or can be integrated into a complete bottling line.
