Kolinahr Systems is a Universal Robots Certified Systems Integrator. Kolinahr Systems builds systems for labeling, palletizing and depalletizing and has been working with cobots specifically since 2016. Kolinahr Systems designs and builds end-of-arm tooling in house so that each customer gets exactly what their application requires.

Kolinahr Systems is a supplier of case labeling systems as well as pallet label applicators. The PLC-controlled CL3000 is a print and apply case labeler that uses a Zebra print engine and heavy-duty spring-loaded tamp-pad that adapts to the case surface, wiping the label on as the case passes. Kolinahr Systems pallet label applicators include the SA3100, a heavy-duty model that prints and applies labels to the front side, near side and rear of a pallet load. Kolinahr Systems builds their equipment extremely rugged and durable, making it easy to keep lines up and running. Kolinahr Systems' labeling macines are uses for case labeling, carton labeling, automatic labeling, pallet labeling, 3-sided labeling, and tamp labeling applications.

Kolinahr Systems builds pallet load stacking equipment designed for high quality performance and rugged use. The PS520 pallet load stacker mounts on both sides of the pallet conveyor to minimize floor space requirements, saving up to 60 seconds per stacked load versus forklift stacking saving both labor and time while using a minimum amount of floor space. The PS350 Pallet Load Stacker is designed to work the same as the PS520 but using a smaller footprint. The PS400 stacks pallet loads quickly and accurately while the PS600 Slip Sheet Stacker lifts and stacks slip sheeted loads to produce a sturdy uniform and stack. Kolinahr System's Pallet Load Stackers are engineered for automatic pallet load stacking, double stacking, and consistent load stacking applications.

Kolinahr Systems offers all types of labels from custom four-color labels to stock white thermal and thermal transfer labels, including pressure-sensitive labels, complementing its line of pallet label applicators. Label products include multiple sizes in stock labels and tags, available in thermal transfer, direct thermal and color inkjet printable formats. Labels can be designed for strength and tear resistance; available in permanent and freezer-grade adhesive formats.
