Kolinahr Systems builds pallet and load stabilization equipment including pallet stacking equipment designed for high quality performance and rugged use. The PS520 pallet load stacker mounts on both sides of the pallet conveyor to minimize floor space requirements, using pneumatic slide arms to grab the pallet and lift it. The PS400 is designed to stack pallet loads quickly and accurately, saving up to 60 seconds per stacked load versus forklift stacking saving both labor and time while using a minimum amount of floor space. PS600 unit load stacker mounts on one side of the unit load conveyor and holds the stretch wrapped loads with a blade stop mounted in the stack zone conveyor.

Kolinahr is a supplier of case labeling systems as well as pallet label applicators. The PLC-controlled CL3000 print and apply case labeler uses a Zebra® PAX print engine and heavy-duty spring-loaded tamp-pad that adapts to the case surface, wiping the label on as the case passes. Kolinahr pallet label applicators include the SA31000, a heavy-duty model that prints and applies labels to the front, side or back of a pallet load. Kolinahr’s other pallet labeling systems include two heavy-duty dual panel pallet label applicators and the SA1000 automatic pallet label applicator for applying labels to the side of a pallet load.

Kolinahr Systems offers all types of labels from custom four-color labels to stock white thermal and thermal transfer labels, including pressure-sensitive labels complementing its line of pallet label applicators. Label products include the Black Rhino™ stock labels and tags, available in thermal transfer, direct thermal and color inkjet printable formats, designed for strength and tear resistance; available in permanent and freezer-grade adhesive formats.
