Kona Packaging’s DUOBOT is a compact industrial robotic palletizing cell occupying just 194 ft². It features two alternating palletizing positions, allowing operators to remove full pallets from one side while the robot continues working on the other. With speeds ranging from 8 to 35 cases per minute, DUOBOT uses comb-type grippers with built-in reference blades to ensure consistent, damage-free handling with a guaranteed 99% OEE. No mechanical adjustments are required for format changes, offering flexibility for box sizes between 5 × 5 × 4 in and 24 × 16 × 16 in. The plug‑and‑play system arrives pre‑mounted on a platform, enabling installation in as little as three days. Integrated pattern‑generator software allows users to develop, store, and switch between palletizing patterns in under two minutes. Optional features include slip-sheet dispensers, industrial router access via Wi‑Fi, and a final box orientation module.
