Machines include industrial fryers and baking/impingement ovens as well as frying oil filtration systems. The equipment is sold on its own or as part of turnkey lines. Maddox also builds single-screw extruders for baked and fried extruded snacks. They are sold alone or within complete lines that can include ovens, seasoning systems and conveyors.
