Markem-Imaje is a manufacturer of an extensive line of product, case and pallet coding systems, including small character inkjet, thermal inkjet, thermal transfer, laser and digital printing machines. Featured in Markem-Imaje’s line of small character product coding systems is the 9029 inkjet printer, designed for coding low to medium duty applications in a cost-effective manner for more than 8,000 hours. The 1200 Series of thermal inkjet coders is engineered for rapid, efficient coding of secondary packages with high-resolution text, logos and high-density graphics on fast-moving production lines in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries. Other featured machines from Markem-Imaje include the 4500 valvejet for large character case coding, capable of coding 39,000 boxes with just 1 liter of ink. In addition, the CimPak pallet coder delivers accurate, clear, crisp codes and text with 100% readable barcodes meeting GS1 (UCC-EAN) standards for superior visibility throughout the supply chain.

In addition to its line of coding equipment, Markem-Imaje supplies print-and-apply labeling machines for corrugated cases and shrink wrapped packages. The 2200 Series can print and apply case labels at rates of up to 125 per minute regardless of the data complexity or content. With a simple media path, operators can reload label and ribbon rolls in less than 40 seconds. The 2200 Flex SE print-and-apply labeler offers versatile GS1 compliant labeling on front or side of products from shrink wrapped to corrugate substrates.
