Massman Automation's Ultra cartoners are engineered for flexibility in accommodating multiple products, sizes, and rates for various carton types. Driven by servo technology for all power transmission movements, these vertical and horizontal cartoners are capable of speeds up to 200 cartons/min. The Ultra Horizontal Cartoners feature are designed for rapid, flexible changeovers (about 5 min.) and feature a dual-head rotary carton feeder. The Ultra Vertical Cartoner, available in both manual and automatic loads, can handle a broad range of carton sizes, from 1 ½” to 12”, and can achieve speeds of up to 120 cartons per minute. The Ultra Vertical Cartoner also boasts rapid flexible changeovers of around 5 minutes, helping facilities streamline packaging processes and reduce downtime.
