mk North America offers a comprehensive range of pallet handling solutions catering to various industrial needs. The VersaMove pallet conveyor system, a non-synchronous workpiece, comes in three platforms, VersaMove Standard, VersaMove Plus, and VersaMove Ultra to suit a wide range of applications and pallet sizes/weights ranging from 240 X 240 mm to 1,500 mm X 1500 and weights from 80 lb per pallet to 1,200 lb per pallet. The SPU-2040 is an accumulating pallet recirculating system which offers feeding, buffering, positioning and separating of workpieces in the smallest possible space. The VersaFlex pallet-handling conveyor systems utilize a 150 mm wide pallet, which is capable of carrying product up to 22 lb./pallet. The Modul Con workpiece close loop pallet conveyor system is designed to move pallets positioned at fixed distances from each other in a continuous loop. It can be configured as a single loop or with multiple 90° or 180° bends in it. The TKU 2040 is a fixtured indexing chain conveyor, which features an attachment chain. The TKU 2040 is specifically designed for defined, position-based (cycled or indexed) operation and handles loads up to 1,000 lb and speeds up to 60 fpm.
