The XP series of orientation systems is designed to position containers precisely for accurate labeling. Using professional-grade optical or sensory equipment, Nita's orientation modules align containers according to pre-set reference points. The system offers three orientation mechanisms. A digital sensor can detect and align containers based on physical features like handles. Alternatively, a Cognex checker identifies contrast points, such as color and design topography, to orient the container. A high-resolution camera can also capture an image and match the container's orientation to a memorized reference image. The XP series is available as a standalone orientation unit or as an integrated component of a Nita Smart Labeling System.

On each labeling machine in its Sentient labeling machine line, Nita offers 100% license-free, non-proprietary electronics and software, servo only drives and motors, NitaCare live tech support, universal total speed synchronization, self-diagnosing software system with in-screen parts ordering, on-the-fly adjustments at the touch of a button and simplicity of operation. Featured machines from Nita’s extensive line include the Nita XP Series, offering advanced front and back labeling, with two, high-speed labeling heads for accurate and efficient application of front, front and back labels, as well as multi-panel and full wrap labels to glass, plastic, metal and paper bottles, jugs, tubs and square, rectangular and oval containers. Other labeler models include the Joust Series, which offers top and/or bottom, C-shape, and even 360 degrees banding style labeling for plastic, glass, metal, paper, clamshells, small boxes, flat bags, deli containers, and more.
