NJM is the representative of Cremer tablet counters in North America. Tablet Counters from Cremer feature a robust construction and are designed for quality and accuracy in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications. Product line includes standby workhorses such as the CF-1220 and the servo-controlled precision of the CF-622. Each Cremer tablet counter can be taken apart for easy cleaning without tools.

NJM Packaging’s Capper family includes both in-line belt, in-line disc and rotary continuous models. NJM provides a number of features and options to suit any operation, including a variety of cap feeders, elevators and chutes. All cappers feature stainless steel, heavy-duty construction and the latest in controls. Compact design makes them easy to incorporate into packaging operations. In addition, NJM also supplies retorquers as in-line belt or in-line disc type to reapply the cap to the proper torque after induction sealing.

NJM Packaging offers a range of labeler models all customized for particular applications, but all built to be robust, reliable and versatile. Model Trotter W 127 is a servo motor-driven pressure-sensitive labeler that handles a wide range of containers and label applications including pharmaceutical, cosmetic personal care and household products at speeds of up to 150 cpm. Features an intuitive and user-friendly operator interface, with a graphical alarms and setup showing location on machine, OPC UA-ready, ZPI ProMach Line OEE Software-ready. Other NJM labeling machines include the Model 120 MINICOLT wrap-around pressure-sensitive labeler, affording affordable, compact and accurate performance in applying labels to round containers at speeds of up to 100 cpm.
