Thermoform/Fill/Seal Equipment
Pack3000 supplies thermoform-fill-seal machines under its Vesta, Impulse, and Magna lines, built on stainless-steel frames with sloped, wash-down-capable surfaces. The Vesta line runs up to six cycles per minute on film up to 450 microns thick and covers gas-flush (modified atmosphere), skin-below-film, shrink, flexible, and rigid package formats, and carries UL/CSA/CE certification. The Impulse and Magna lines extend the same thermoforming approach with additional capacity and configuration options.
