PDC multipacking and twin packing systems enable CPG companies to create twin packs directly on their production lines, eliminating the need for additional labor, freight, and multiple handling typically required when using a third party. When twin packs are needed, tooling can be installed on the in-line machine, or product can be diverted onto a spur conveyor that runs through the machine and shrink tunnel. These systems can also be configured for off-line use in a production or distribution area, allowing for twin packing on an as-needed basis.
