Each blister machine, often referred to as a thermoformer, is capable of packaging virtually any blister application for a variety of industries. Pharmaworks offers a diverse range of thermoforming and blister packaging machines tailored to various production needs in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical device, animal health, and consumer industries. The TF3 is a high-output, large-format blister machine capable of producing over 400 blisters per minute, making it ideal for high-volume production. It supports both thermoforming and cold forming applications, with a usable forming area of 220 mm x 290 mm and a maximum forming depth of 25 mm. The TF2 is a medium-output, large-format blister machine designed for versatility, suitable for packaging applications including HUD packs, BINGO packs, medical devices, and tray packaging. It accommodates various feeding systems and printers, offering flexibility for different production requirements. Additionally, the TF1pro is a medium-output, world-class cGMP blister machine featuring advanced innovations, supporting speeds up to 100 indexes per minute with a forming area of 120 mm x 165 mm. The BlisterMate is a semi-automatic blister machine designed for small batch production, capable of thermoforming, cold forming, sealing, and perforating, making it ideal for R&D samples and medical devices.

Pharmaworks is the exclusive distributor of Scanware inspection systems in the USA and Canada. Products include the Scanware Spectra CL vision systems, which use color inspection to detect cross-contamination, size, position and broken products and double fillings.
