Powell Systems Integration - Dry Fillers Product Image

Powell Systems Integration supplies multihead combination weighers in 10- to 32-head configurations, plus 2-scale linear weighers for lower volumes. Output ranges from about 10 to 600 containers per minute. Contact parts are removable 304 stainless steel, with dimpled surfaces for sticky or frozen products. The weighers handle fragile, frozen and sticky items such as seafood, berries, gummies, snacks and pet food, and they integrate with baggers, pouch machines and container indexing systems.

Powell Systems Integration - Pre-made Bag Loading & Sealing Product Image

Powell Systems Integration makes filling machines for premade stand-up zipper pouches for dry products including snacks, candy, coffee, bars, nuts, seeds, dog chews, pasta, and more. The range runs from semi-automatic systems at 5 to 30 pouches per minute to automatic 8-station rotary machines at up to 90 pouches per minute. The machines use Siemens PLC controls and 304 stainless construction, with size changeovers of about five minutes.
