Printpack’s rigid plastic packaging portfolio includes thermoforming rollstock, precision controlled multi-layer co-extruded sheet and thermoformed cups and other containers for on-the-go packaging applications. Printpack supplies containers with a special focus on food applications, designing features for barrier solutions and easy-peel barrier lidding. Stock or customized design options are available, and Printpack offers printing, embossed logos, and custom colors for differentiation. Products are suitable for hot-fill, retort, in-package pasteurization, aseptic, Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), and ambient fill applications. Containers for nonfood applications such as household supplies, lawn and garden and medical packaging are also available.

Flexible Packaging

Printpack supplies finished rollstock flexible packaging using flexography, rotogravure, and digital printing methods. Flexible packaging converting services include adhesive lamination, blown film, cast film, and digitally printed flexible packaging with custom codes and personalization features. Printpack also supplies flexible packaging film stock material that is extrusion laminated, for properties such as bulk, toughness, puncture resistance, barrier (gas, flavor/aroma, moisture, chemical) opacity, and zero cure time.
