Prospero distributes case packing equipment including the FORM 1200 HM/NS case erecting machine from APE. This fully automatic case erecting machine shapes American style cartons and seals bottom flaps via a Nordson hot melt gluer (HM version) or by adhesive tape (NS version). Designed to be sturdy and simple to use, this case erector features a quick format changeover, thanks to the system's simple and practical adjustments on graduated scales using a hand wheel.

Prospero distributes a range of rotary filling equipment, including GAI’s liquid filling machines for wine and related products. The S family of fillers performs rinsing, de-aeration, filling, inert gas injection, and vacuum corking. Targeted to medium and small sized wine producers, the S series fillers can run still products up to 3,000 bph. These fillers are designed for high quality, reliability and ease of use. Prospero is a distributor of several palletizers, including the PAL 1300 large layer-type automatic palletizer from APE. The PAL 1300 stacks and arranges boxes on a pallet, ready for the warehouse and the retailing chain. Easy to use, PAL 1300 offers flexibility in the creation and execution of the different pallet patterns, which can be generated by the control panel. The palletizer comes in a range of configurations to handle different types of automation equipment and packaging. Outputs of up to 6000 bph are possible, depending on the format.
