Rittal manufactures a broad enclosure line, including junction and terminal boxes, wall-mounted enclosures, modular and freestanding systems such as the VX25 and TS 8 baying platforms, outdoor enclosures, console and PC enclosure systems, and command panels. Products are available in plastic, aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel (1.4301/AISI 304 and 1.4404/AISI 316L), with a Hygienic Design line of stainless steel enclosures built for food and beverage applications, in sizes ranging from roughly 2.5 to 87 inches in height. Enclosures carry IP and IK protection ratings for industrial and outdoor environments.
