TopTier's equipment integrates concurrent stretch wrapping, in which loads are stabilized during the palletizing process. Offering a cost-effective and space saving alternative to stand-alone stretch wrappers, TopTier’s patented stretch wrap and load stabilization systems are designed to save film and ensure continuous palletizing operations. With concurrent wrapping, loads of any type are ready to go directly from palletizer to truck.

TopTier offers flexible modular palletizers with load handling options that feature pallet dispensers, pallet conveyors, and sheet handling options. With the sheet handling palletizer option sheets are used as pallet liners, as slip sheets with tabs, or as tie sheets and top sheets. In the load handling option, palletized or unitized loads exiting the palletizer are moved using chain-driven live roller conveyor and a three-strand drag chain conveyor. A guided shuttle option is available for multiple palletizer configurations.
