Sigma Robotics designs, builds, and integrates optimized robotic solutions for the warehousing, packaging, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. Sigma Robotics offers three standard work cell solutions. The SR-FIX Work Cell features a single robotic cell with a customizable 2’ x 4’ table, utilizing FANUC Arc Mate, M10, or M20 robots, or ABB 1600 or 2600 robots. Fully enclosed with an automatic door system, HMI touchscreen, e-stop, and integrated safety light curtain, this work cell ensures a secure operating environment. The SR-500T and SR-750T Work Cells both incorporate a single robot with dual-sided turntables, accommodating 500 kg and 750 kg payloads, respectively. Configured with round turntables and customizable work table sizes, these cells maintain safety through automatic doors, HMI touchscreens, e-stops, and integrated safety light curtains.
