Protective & Transport Packaging

TemperPack - Protective & Transport Packaging Product Image

TemperPack's ClimaCell is a curbside recyclable thermal liner designed to replace expanded polystyrene (EPS) in cold chain packaging. Made from starch-based foam and kraft paper, ClimaCell offers thermal performance comparable to EPS, maintaining temperature-sensitive shipments for up to 80 hours. Its moisture-resistant, semi-rigid panels with pre-formed hinges facilitate easy assembly and efficient packing. ClimaCell is certified by How2Recycle and can be recycled alongside corrugated boxes, reducing CO₂ emissions by over 90% compared to EPS. Suitable for industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences, it supports frozen, refrigerated, and controlled room temperature shipments. Available in various sizes, ClimaCell ships and stores flat, optimizing logistics and storage space.
