Trepko's end-of-line multipacking equipment includes the 780 Series box cartoning machine and the 770 Series wraparound sleeving machine. The 770 sleever machine is designed for handling single serve cups, which it organizes in various pack patterns and wraps with a cardboard sleeve. Sleever features a smooth changeover that enables the same machine to handle a large variety of sleeves and cups, organizing them in numerous pack-patterns. The Trepko 780 series provides packaging solutions of single bricks or bar-shaped packages into cartons of retail size. Products are collated into a given pack pattern and moved into preformed carton blank. Correct seal of the packaging is ensured by gluing on the long side of the box.

Trepko’s 620 Series filling machine is designed to fill all kinds of products and packages and includes three configurations: as a standalone product depositor used for small productions or trial products in test-lab; as a larger dosing machines with up to 8 lanes for integration with other machines such as form/fill/seal units; and equipped with slat conveyors for container supply and collection, such as units with scrolls for transportation of glass jars or other container types. Depending on the production size, filling systems can be designed with between one and eight filling heads. Easily integrated into a glass jar filling and closing line, this series is designed for filling processed cheese into glass tumblers or cylindrical jars closed with pull-off or twist-off caps. Other applications include filling products such as yogurt, cream, kefir, cream cheese, processed cheese, cottage cheese, fruit pulp, ketchup, sauces and much more.

Trepko's end-of-line equipment includes wraparound case packers and tray erecting machines. The 710 Series of wraparound packers handles a variety of packaged products in various shapes and sizes. Capable of using different patterns in the box as well as using different boxes on the same machine, the 710 features easy changeover for a different size or shape of the box to handle the possibility of future additions or package changes. The 720 Series of tray erecting machines features a design that uses angular, overlaying blanks magazine designed in aluminum with capacity for approximately 165 pcs. of 3 mm B-flute blanks. A special blanks separator prevents more than one blank being pulled down at once. The magazine is fed at chest height, which can take place during operation.
