VC999 supplies vacuum pack shrink tanks and shrink drying systems. Featured shrink tunnels for vacuum packs include the ST2, a fully automatic in-line spray tunnel. Using a hot water cascade to shrink the packaging, the tunnel features a continuous throughput enabling cost-effective shrinking of large production volumes. Because the ST2 does not require compressed air, the system helps save on energy costs. In addition, high-quality insulation prevents heat loss.

VC999 offers tray sealing equipment, such as the TS200 Compact Tabletop Tray Sealer, designed for flexible, efficient performance and small to medium packaging volumes, especially in R&D, food, and scientific settings. Items to be packaged are placed manually in a prefabricated tray. The filled trays are then covered with film and sealed airtight, or evacuated and filled with modified atmosphere gas before sealing (MAP system), then cut for a perfect finished look, ready for shipment or retail sales.

System takes multi-lane format matrices of thermoformed fresh food packs directly from the outfeed of a thermoformer and channels them in a controlled manner into a single lane.
