The BottleTec blow molder from JBT produces lightweight HDPE bottles in almost any possible shape. The molds are easily changed to accommodate different container designs, accommodating open, non-sterile and closed, internally sterile versions. Compact blow molder can produce bottles ranging in sizes from 0.2 liters to 1.5 liters (7 oz. to 50 oz.) at rates of up to 7,500 bottles/hour at full speed.
In 1.6 seconds, Krones' stretch blow molders from the Contiform 3 series transmute a preform into a PET bottle. With an output of 2,750 bottles per blow-molding station, they produce PET containers at a speed of 82,500 bottles per hour.
