Package formats from three-side seal and stand-up pouches to large side-gusseted and quad-seal bags are all possible. Stand-up pouch machine has features for adding tear-off notches, zipper reseal or handles in a wide variety of film structures including barrier, non-barrier, breathable and fully recyclable as well as paper. Side-gusset bag machines are dedicated to the conversion of PE materials, PET/PE, mono-materials, MDO/PE and other recyclable structures. Longitudinal side gusset formation of quad-seal bags provides a wide range of bag formats with folded, pinch and flat bottoms. Machines for wovens (WPP) bags are also available.

Kompakta is a linear machine that creates stand-up pouches from pre-printed reels. Loaded with two reels for the front and back of the pouch and several reels for the bottom (depending on pouch size), Kompakta automatically unwinds, punches and cuts the material on reels using blades and cutters, before on 3 sides to obtain the finished pouch.

Karlville Swiss, DSUP (Digital) & HSUP (High Performance) pouch making models offer multiple configurations that allow flexible packaging and label converters to produce a wide variety of pouches from three-side seal to stand-up, with or without zipper. To complement its Swiss line, Karlville offers dedicated, compact pouch machines for center seal, quad seal and flat bottom (box) seal types.
