Synerlink’s thermoform/fill/seal machines use heat and air pressure to convert a plastic film into custom-formed cups that are then filled, sealed and cut. From single serve to packs, Synerlink provides solutions for basic to sophisticated recipes as well as for medium to large production volumes. Synerlink’s Arcil, Dairy Pack and Dinieper brands of form/fill/seal cup fillers offer customers the freedom to create any SKU they need, as well as multi-flavor or multi-product packs. Equipment runs cups of PS, PET, PLA and PP at speeds of up to 61,400 cups/hour and features Ultra-clean filling.
